#21: How Claire Lost 11 kgs and Gained a Whole Lot of Confidence for Her Wedding

Last year, Claire Robinson was stuck in a cycle that so many women are familiar with - the all or nothing one.

The one where you restrict your calories and push yourself at the gym for 4-6 times a week, then resort to old habits once you feel results, only to see the weight come right on back. This kind of pattern unfortunately, is far too common - and it will keep you from seeing the results that you desire so badly (and deserve!).

But last year, in September, in the midst of the harsh lockdown in Melbourne, Australia, Claire decided to make a change.

She KNEW that she wanted to reach her weight loss goals once and for all, as she had a long term goal that was on the horizon - her wedding! She KNEW that this “all or nothing” approach hadn’t worked for her in the past, so it was time for a realistic, slow and enjoyable approach to weight loss. One that she could maintain.

And guess what? She did it!

Claire went from “trying it all” and feeling stuck, to feeling free, slimmer, happier and far more confident (whilst feeling zero hunger and no deprivation of life’s joys, like grabbing a burger on a Friday night).
