#75: 4 Key Actions That Stopped My Restrict/Overeat Cycle (Especially on Holidays) & Gave me Food Freedom

 
 

I used to be a typical yo-yo dieter in my early 20s - and it wasn’t a fun cycle.

I would restrict myself and feel starving through the week, only to overeat on the weekends and holidays and then go back to square one of restricting straight after (after a few days of intense guilt).
