#88: Busting Women's Societal Expectations, Single Life at Nearly 30, The Importance of Vulnerability

It's a bit of a different episode today!

Over on instagram last week, I shared something personal and vulnerable about how I was feeling. A few new feelings and thoughts have popped up as I approach 30.

And, I was blown away by the response.

My messages absolutely flooded with women saying that they agreed and felt the same, sharing personal thoughts and stories.

This made me realise how important this topic is to speak about.

I delve into:

  • How I've felt since I've returned from Italy (a sense of loneliness and questioning about where I'm living)

  • How society puts a certain pressure on women in their early 30s and what I think about it / what we should do about it

  • Friends being at different life stages to you

  • Celebrating women's wins and milestones

  • The importance of speaking up and being vulnerable in order to heal what you're feeling

I hope this resonates with and helps some of you!
