#120: Is calorie counting & using the apps ACTUALLY useful? What are the pros and cons?

Are you someone that's trying everything to slim down but haven't yet tried counting your calories or tracking your food intake?
This is key, and is (just one) of the biggest mistakes that I've seen women making in my 7 years of practise who, despite their healthy efforts can't seem to shift weight.

Whilst calorie counting should NOT be done obsessively, it is neccessary for most people to have an awareness of what they are consuming if their goal is weight loss.

If you are someone who has no issues with maintaining a healthy weight, my advice is different.

So, how do you do it?

Do recommend calorie counting apps?

I want to explain all in this podcast to help you!

I chat about:

  • The biggest mistake that I’ve seen women make when they are trying to lose weight and not seeing results

  • The pros and cons of calorie calculating apps

  • Whether I believe you should use the apps, how often and for how long

  • How to simplify your experience using them

  • AND, how to be conscious of your calories with NO NEED for the apps or guesswork at all…
