#121: How to get out of a rut & bring back the motivation needed to reach your goals

Stuck in a bit of a rut?

So was I last week for a few days and I want to help you with this, draw on my own personal experience - and share how I overcame it.

Because, it's SO much harder to show up for yourself and practise your healthy habits when you are feeling low, unmotivated, overwhelmed and flat.

Whilst these are totally normal periods that pop up in your life, there are some things that we can do to change how often they happen or to pull ourselves out of them

After this episode you will:

  • Leave with a clear action plan and activity to take NOW to help you

  • Be able to use that to help you refer to in the future and bring yourself out of future ruts

  • Learn how to create the RIGHT habits so that you can still continue to do them and move forward reaching your goals even when things feel hardwith some clear actions to take NOW to help, plus some to take into the future so that maybe, these times will happen less and you can be in that positive state where it is EASIER to feel motivated to make change more often.

We grow and reach our goals (whether it be healthy eating, weight loss, fitness, romance or career) by consistent habits that build up. So I want to help you keep up with them as much as possible and this episode will help with that :)

Of course, always consult with a qualified health practitioner if your mental health is ongoing and affects your everyday life. I am not qualified, but this episode draws from my personal experience on my own personal growth journey over the last 7-8 years.
