#122: Tips for Weight Maintenance after Loss, Travelling & Finding Your Healthy Balance with Lemme in Bali!

 
 
 

Today, I’m coming to you from BALI with my beautiful team member, Lemme! Lemme joined the team about 7 months ago, after feeling extremely inspired by her 3 year health journey with me.

 

She lost 11 kgs in 6 months and has maintained the lifestyle the ENTIRE time - which is pretty rare after typical diets where 90% of dieters regain the weight they lost within a year. She is just one of many women who maintain their lifestyle after weight loss with me.

 

Lemme works predominantly inside the Health With Bec Tribe Facebook group, where she works as a coach and accountability buddy to reply to everyones posts. Having a background in Primary and Early Years Teaching for 19 years, she has extreme care and empathy towards others and genuinely wants to help people on their HWB journey as she knows how it feels.
