Anna’s experience once she started the program

Anna was pleasantly surprised by how simple the program was. “I couldn’t believe it when my doctor said all my bloods were normal,” Anna said. “My Hashimoto’s was in remission! I cried happy tears. My skin’s better, my hair is growing back, and I just feel like a new person.”

For Anna, this wasn’t just about losing weight. “I used to look at weight loss to look good. But now, my whole mindset has changed—I eat to feel good. And by feeling good, I’m looking good, too.”

How Anna Stays on Track

The key to Anna’s success? Consistency and planning. She stayed organised by meal-prepping and planning ahead, even when faced with challenges like holidays or social events. “I’m one of those people who needs structure. Every Thursday, I plan my meals, do my shopping, and then prep on the weekend,” she explained.

Even when attending functions or eating out, Anna took control of her health by preparing her own food if needed. “I always call ahead to check if there’s something I can eat. If not, I bring my own meals, like a chicken salad or gluten-free snacks. It’s about being prepared.”

Her mindset shift has been key to her long-term success. “For the first time in my life, I don’t treat this as a diet. It’s a lifestyle change, and I know I’ll never go back. I’ve got no inflammation, no gut issues—nothing.”
