Her routine for breakfast and lunch is simple but effective. “For breakfast, I usually have the berry breakfast bowl or a shake—it’s easy because I always have the ingredients on hand: protein powder, berries, yogurt, and chia seeds. Lunch is often a salad, leftovers from dinner, or some avocado and eggs on keto bread.”

Melinda also emphasizes the importance of variety in dinners to ensure she’s getting a diverse range of nutrients. “The 3 Week Body Reset and Tribe recipes are amazing, so I keep rotating them. I make sure I’m getting plenty of different vegetables and proteins throughout the week, which helps me stay satisfied and healthy.”

While she enjoys her routine, she’s also found ways to stay flexible. “I used to think that exercise had to be an hour at the gym to be effective, but I’ve learned that even 10 minutes of strength training is enough. I keep dumbbells at home, and if I’m working from home, I’ll do some weights during breaks or while I’m on calls.”

For Melinda, staying motivated is all about remembering how good it feels to be healthy. “I threw away all my ‘fat clothes,’ and there’s no way I’m going back to how I felt before. I feel good, I sleep better, my skin is clearer, and I’m just happier.”
