#14: Prioritising Your Health to Achieve Massive Things with Sarah Davidson

Sarah Davidson (formerly known as Holloway) and Spoonful of Sarah on instagram, has been one of my biggest inspirations in the last 5 years as I have grown my business.

Spoonful of Sarah is Sarah’s forum to talk about her entrepreneurial journey from a distance and bang on about how exciting life can be when you grab it by the balls. She has never been happier and never even knew life could be so fulfilling - and the scariest part is that she wasn’t even unhappy before.

Sarah believes that so many of us live without questioning whether we could live better, but life is too short not to enjoy to the fullest. I totally agree with this.

Her raw, real and encouraging persona has captivated me, along with her EXTREMELY impressive business journey and accomplishments.

I wanted to get Sarah onto the show to chat about her journey, and the secrets behind her success in achieving her goals.

It was no surprise that HEALTH was a huge factor here, and we explore this in depth together in a fun, inspiring and captivating chit chat to uncover why health is so vital if you want to achieve any goal in life.

How does this relate to weight loss? Losing weight is a goal. Improving your health is a goal. And this chat will help you understand how possible it truly is for you because weight loss is just like any other goal in life, including business!

We also discuss:

  • The benefits of matcha tea

  • The challenges (mental and physical) that Sarah has faced and learnt to overcome

  • How important health is to Sarah to keep her focussed and motivated

  • Why she always has a non negotiable “sloth Sunday” every weekend just like me

  • The dangers of having no boundaries

  • Body image and positivity

And so much more!
