It's taken me a long time to work out how to eat with balance when I travel. 

Also, like you, I have to try really hard to maintain my weight and make conscious decisions.

I also eat gluten free & follow a low(er) carb lifestyle which I've kept up on this holiday.

Today, I'm answering ALL of your questions about eating & exercise and how I’ve managed to maintain my weight and steer clear of gluten in Italy!
