Almond Meal Substitutes 

  • If you have a nut allergy, other low-carb, gluten-free flours such as lupin flour, coconut flour, or hemp flour have been used previously by other members to replace almond meal. However, please note it isn’t a 1:1 swap and we can't guarantee using these flours will produce the same taste and texture flour.

Egg Substitutes

  • For mug cakes, pancakes, or recipes that use less than 3 eggs, you can swap the egg or egg white to a gluten-free egg replacer and follow the preparation instructions on the product label.
