Choose a protein powder that’s organic, sugar-free, and contains less than 7 g of carbs per serve.
The macros for all my recipes with protein powder are calculated using Morlife Plantiful Proteins which is my go-to brand. If you’re sensitive to FODMAPs, you may prefer a different option, 365 Nourish is a great alternative.

Collagen Coffee Creamers
A delicious optional add-in for your morning coffee or hot drink. Made with hydrolysed collagen peptides and a coconut milk base, it's dairy free, gluten free, and lightly sweetened with a natural caramel or vanilla flavour.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and plays a key role in supporting skin elasticity, joint health, gut lining integrity, and hair and nail strength. As we age, our natural collagen production declines – so supplementing can be a simple way to top it up daily.
