#170: The 5 foods & products I can't live without
In this episode, I share my top five most used, most loved foods and products that help me maintain a healthy lifestyle and reach my fitness goals. I SWEAR by them and couldn't live without them.
I also talk about how to build healthy habits that stick and how these foods and products do that for me. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle doesnβt have to be complicated. Over the years, Iβve found a few staple foods, products, and one game-changing appliance that makes it super easy for me to stay on track with my healthy eating goals. These arenβt just any productsβtheyβre things I use daily or at least weekly to help me manage my energy, avoid bloating, and keep sugar cravings at bay. Plus, they make life easier, more enjoyable, and theyβre all delicious!
In this post, Iβm sharing my top 5 must-haves that keep me feeling great, and I swear by each of them to help me stay on track.
1. Slow Cooker
Let me tell youβthis appliance has been a game changer! I used to have one years ago, but for some reason, I stopped using it. Fast forward to now, Iβm back on the slow-cooker train, and Iβm absolutely obsessed! It makes meal prepping a breeze.
For me, one of the hardest things about cooking healthy meals is time. After a long day of work, the last thing I want to do is stand in the kitchen for hours. With the slow cooker, I can prepare meals ahead of time and come home to something delicious and healthy.
My go-to recipes include a Slow-Cooked Beef Ragu and Low-Carb Butter Chickenβboth are freezer-friendly, making it easy to have meals ready for when I donβt feel like cooking. The slow cooker saves me time, keeps me on track, and makes it easy to have home-cooked meals that are healthy and delicious.

2. Slendier Legume Pasta
