“A busy mum-of-two and wedding florist who had tried everything to lose weight has revealed how she dropped 8 kilos in 12 weeks to feel 'incredible' on her wedding day. 

Steph Wall, 44, from Perth, said while she was never particularly unhealthy before she lost the weight, her portion sizes were 'far too big' with energy-dense foods. I also had no energy and regularly felt like I'd been hit by a truck.'
