There's a lot more alcohol going around at this time of the year!

So, unlike episode 13 where I talk about how you can incorporate alcohol into a weight loss plan, when we are thinking about every-day-life, in THIS episode, I am specifically talking about how to manage your consumption over the holidays (as I'm assuming you'll be drinking on more than 1 or 2 nights a week) and it's a bit different to my advice for drinking in every-day-life...

1. Tactics and tools you can use on the day of drinking to make room for the calories that will later come from your drinks

2. The best drink choices to choose to ensure you're not drinking your entire days worth of calories in one night!
