One of my regular, weekly meals
I stir together 1-2 scoops of the Plantiful vanilla or chocolate protein powder with a few spoonfuls of coconut yogurt and water. Then, enjoy with berries and nuts for crunch! I’ll also often add chia seeds to the protein powder/yoghurt for extra fibre!
